I’m a Beginner. Which classes should I join?
Intro Chill Flow, Slow Flow, Relief Props and Stretch, Gentle Movement & Meditation & Morning Mantra Soul Flow would be great to begin a foundation for a physical practice. If you are interested in learning about Restorative style a.k.a Meditation, join the YIN Flow class.
What shall I bring to class?
Students can be prepared to take class by dressing comfortably, in layers. You can wear socks or practice barefoot. Bring your yoga mat, water and a towel. The studio has rental mats for $2, water for $1 and complimentary towels.
Do I need to preregister for class?
Pre-registration is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Arrive BEFORE class to become acquainted with the space and let your instructor know if you have concerns or questions. Classes are closed ten minutes after the start time.
