Pre-registration is required. Arrive BEFORE class to become acquainted with the space and let your instructor know if you have concerns or questions. Classes are closed ten minutes after the start time. Preregistration guarantees a spot in class; the teacher is aware that you are on your way to class and will give a grace period to arrive, within 10 minutes from the start of class.

What to expect in a HOT Yoga class?

HOT class is a physically demanding hour. The respiratory system must be able to withstand the temperature rising. In fact, consider your stamina and how it relates to performance under pressure; not physical pressure, but mental pressure in a hot class as there is no quick fix to escape the heat. You are free to take breaks, step outside and encouraged to stop altogether if you begin to feel ill. Before a hot class, do not eat a large meal within two hours of the start time. DO HYDRATE prior to class. Proper rest beginning the day before a hot class is best. For beginners, do not exert your body in a “workout” then attend a hot class to simply stretch. Avoid using strong cologne perfumes or oils that may affect the senses of your classmates. Remain mindful of your sweat onto the floors and surrounding areas that include your peers’ mats & supplies. Wipe your mat/floor area after class surrounding your immediate space.
